Shipping policy

We deliver based on availability of supply from farms.

Greater Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and Moreton Bay - Wednesdays
Order by 5pm Tuesday and we deliver the following Wednesday, excluding public holidays. You will be notified of an approximate delivery time by SMS.
Local delivery to the Brisbane area is $9.99, or $7.99 on orders over $50, and free on orders over $99. Minimum order $5.

Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Maryborough and Childers - monthly
We run to the Wide Bay region once a month. Order any time and we hold your order for the next scheduled run. Run dates are announced in our WhatsApp group.
Delivery is $10, and free on orders over $99. Minimum order $20.

Queensland, New South Wales, ACT and Victoria - courier
We ship selected products with Aramex. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your delivery address. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually arrive within 1 to 4 business days. Free delivery does not apply to courier orders - courier is always charged, whatever the order value.

What we can and cannot ship
Not everything we sell travels well. Green plantains, chillies, shallots, ginger and dry goods can be sent by courier. Ripe and half-ripe plantains, leafy produce, eggs and frozen lines are available for local delivery only.

If your cart contains a local-delivery-only item and you are outside our delivery areas, checkout will not offer a shipping option - remove that item to continue. We do not currently ship to Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania or the Northern Territory.
