Wholesale — Trade Accounts
We supply cafes, restaurants, grocers, market stalls and caterers with the same exotic produce we sell retail — plantains, chillies, shallots, ginger, leafy produce, eggs and dry goods — at trade prices, on account, delivered free on our own runs.

Where we supply
Trade accounts are local only. We deliver on our own vans, which is the only way fresh produce arrives in a condition we are willing to charge for.
- Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and Moreton Bay — every Wednesday, excluding public holidays. Order any day; your delivery lands on the following Wednesday.
- Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Maryborough and Childers — once a month. Orders are held for the next scheduled run, announced in our WhatsApp group.
Check the full postcode list on our delivery areas page. We do not run trade accounts interstate — freight costs make it uneconomic for you and for us, and produce does not travel that far well.
Delivery is free on every trade order. No freight line, no fuel levy, no minimum-order surcharge.
How it works
Apply below. We approve accounts by hand — we want to know who you are, what you sell and roughly what volume you turn over. Once you are approved you log in to this same website and see your trade pricing instead of retail, on a trade-only range. No separate portal, no price list PDF that goes stale.
Orders are reviewed by us before they are invoiced. That is deliberate: produce is variable, weights move, and occasionally a line lands short. We would rather check your order and call you about a substitution than send you a box that is not what you expected.
Trade pricing
Wholesale pricing runs between 15% and 35% below retail, depending on volume. We place you on a tier when we approve your account and review it as your ordering settles into a pattern. If you are consistently buying more than your tier reflects, tell us and we will move you.
Minimum order is $200 on trade accounts.
Payment terms
Approved accounts trade on Net 7. We invoice once your order has been delivered, and payment is due within seven days of that invoice.
New accounts may be asked to prepay for the first few orders while we get to know each other. That is not personal, it is just how credit works.
Your invoice comes from Fruit and Veg Underground Pty Ltd and matches your order exactly.
Pickup
Pickup is available by appointment from 35 McCullagh Crescent, Narangba QLD 4504, usually ready within 24 hours subject to stock. Email dan@favu.com.au to arrange a time.
