Delivery Areas

We run our own van, so our local delivery zone is a specific list of postcodes rather than a vague radius. If your postcode is on the list below, you are in. If it is not, you can still order — shipping-safe lines go by courier.

Local van delivery — Wednesdays

One run, every Wednesday, excluding public holidays. Order any day of the week and your delivery lands on the following Wednesday. You will get an SMS with an approximate time on the day.

Local delivery is $9.99, or $7.99 on orders over $50, and free on orders over $99. Minimum order $5.

This is the only way to get our ripe plantains, leafy produce, eggs and frozen lines — none of those survive courier transit.

Wide Bay — monthly

We run to Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Maryborough and Childers once a month. Order any time and we hold your order for the next scheduled run. Run dates are announced in our WhatsApp group.

Wide Bay delivery is $10, and free on orders over $50. Minimum order $20.

Courier — Queensland, NSW, ACT and Victoria

Outside the van zone, we send shipping-safe lines by courier. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your address. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually arrive within one to four business days.

What travels by courier: green plantains, all chillies, shallots, ginger and dry goods.

What does not: ripe and half-ripe plantains, leafy produce, eggs and frozen lines. These are local delivery or pickup only.

If your cart contains a local-delivery-only item and you are outside our van zone, checkout will not offer a shipping option — remove that item to continue.

The Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast are served by courier, not by our van run.

Where we do not deliver

We do not ship to Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania or the Northern Territory. Transit times to those states run five to eight days and fresh produce does not arrive in a condition we would be willing to charge for. We would rather say no than send you something that turns up ruined.

Pickup — Narangba

Pickup is available by appointment from 35 McCullagh Crescent, Narangba QLD 4504. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, subject to stock. Email dan@favu.com.au to arrange a time.
